The price of WA's tax on CO2 has jumped again, reaching $63.03 per metric ton - a 12% jump from the last auction.
This amounts to an increase of about 50 cents per gallon of gas and 61 cents per gallon of diesel.

I'm not "registering" to read the whole article, but doesn't sound promising. I wonder how much re-engineering will be involved if it's found they were not designed properly....$$$. Don't worry though, us taxpayers will subsidize it all, you know, because its Green Energy!
