Did you know each of us is to study the sacred texts ourselves? We are to read and ask for guidance for what we have read. God speaks to each of us in a way we can understand. That is how your faith grows. That is how you become closer to the Holy One. Not by relying on others.
Beloved,
Sunday during the beginning of worship service we were “Zoom Bomb”. Please be assured no personal data was exchanged during this encounter. Exodus MCC, That Church, we say everyone is welcomed, but every disruptive behavior is not. We will continue to worship online
Have you ever wondered what God meant by saying I AM WHO I AM? God compared to us, we see that we are limited, changeable, and sometimes unfaithful. But God is not. God is unchanging, faithful, and eternal. That is what I AM WHO I AM means God is forever more and no one else.
Have you ever wondered what is the mystery of Christ? Why is it so important? Well, God had made a promise that the Gentiles would become a part of the family of God. So, the mystery is Christ came for you and me too. So that we will become a part of God’s family too.
We are a part of God’s family – Eph 2: 11-22.
Do not allow others to define you or tell you who you are. You are allowing them to place shackles of shame on you. Be it race, age, political persuasion, religious beliefs, gender, theological perspectives, orientation.
We are set to have our first in person worship service after 17 months. We have met on zoom, but being able to be together both in person and zoom will be great. Thank you to each person who has helped to get the church ready for our home coming. You all rock!!!!
