He was paid for a service, delivering that service took 12 hours. He registered his earnings & paid his taxes.

If we're talking about MPs second jobs, here's how many have a second job by party:

• Labour: 183/403 MPs (45.4%)
• Conservatives: 57/116 MPs (49.1%)
• Lib Dems: 43/72 MPs (59.7%)
• Reform UK: 5/8 MPs (62.5%)

Yet it's always Nigel Farage who gets singled out.

The reality is that outside earnings are common across Parliament.

If we're going to debate MPs second jobs, let's apply the same standard to everyone instead of using Nigel Farage as the convenient scapegoat.
