Had a letter from us in the post? It may be a scam…
We've become aware of a phishing attempt targeting our customers through postal mail. The letters look official, claiming there's been a data breach and urging readers to call an 0800 number. Here’s the real deal - it’s a scam.

@PHMB7 Hi there, you'd need to first be signed in to see the phone number option. The contact form is available on the page available at https://t.co/IXEAFcBW78 as it'd be the section at the top with the list of options, such as Experian Credit Report and I can't login.
@PHMB7 Hi, if you click on your profile while logged in, there should be a contact us option, if you have CreditExpert you'll be abe to call us, there will be a button to do this, or you can use the online form. Thanks, Neil.
@PHMB7 Hey Phil, thanks your message. In order to call our team, you'd need to be logged in to your account or use the Experian App. This will then give you an option to call our team, provided you are a member of Credit Expert.
