One thing I learned from updating carpet to 19w36a is that since now the game is supporting 3d biome layout. Cave update, Nether biomes? Who knows... Officials didn't confirmed that but didn't deny that either. That's only my suspicion.

@Kingzeeh The MedieFire & Google Drive (mirror) dowloads are working. The MedieFire download seems to be very slow tho. Given that it's an 1.8 world you may want to use the Optimize World feature (large world - will take awhile) in 1.14 if your loading it in that version, or use MC 1.8.9.
