Your question proves the statement. You just made up the idea that only perfectly equal humans should have sex. The world does not work that way and has never, ever, worked that way. Which probably means there are some decisions you shouldn't be making while living under such fantasies.
How is @bradybuzz's Nostradamus schtick going when they predict a rise in violent crime because we are whacking unconstitutional gun laws right and left? Not well, not well at all.

My ex lived in a condo building and ran the association so knew everybody. She would frequently spread the gun gospel and call me in to take people and families to the range who had no experience. At least a dozen families with children of 10 years to teenagers.
Always a fantastic time and the kids loved it. Works much better at outdoor ranges, though, because the AK booming in the lane over can be scary for younger kids.
@marcorandazza Perhaps not a popular opinion but I don't think it says anything at all. Judges, clerks, and lawyers are no different than anyone else. I have no more respect for any of them than I would for a farmer, and probably less.
@FenixAmmunition Square turtle. Kind of interesting. Hopefully they all at least have AC. Not a USPS fan but no AC in these trucks must really suck for the drivers.
This is great advice, but be careful making suppressors without a Form 1 and not marking it properly. I would not do it.
Around 5:20 it states that because 5842(b) and 5842(i) are enjoined there is a good argument Jensen plaintiffs are exempt from serialization.
I would disagree.
5842(a) was not enjoined, and it requires anyone who "makes" a suppressor must serialize it. b and i only cover possession of a non serialized item.

Felonies are unfortunately happening at mass scale right now (probably). None of this should be a crime at all, but until the law changes, it is. https://t.co/sGOyR5Abrp #nfa#atf#silencer

One interesting aspect of the Jensen case I haven't seen a detailed break down of yet is the nuance of making and marking a suppressor vs possessing an unmarked suppressor, and it's a bit absurd. So close, but no cigar.
There were two separate groups of injunctive relief. For people covered by the Jensen side of the injunction - (Texas State Rifle Association, FPC Action Foundation, and Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.):
The Form 1 approval process is blocked, so if you're a member of one of the covered groups you can now make a suppressor without a Form 1, and the ATF cannot enforce the specific crime of possessing an unmarked suppressor.
However!
There are two separate marking rules under the NFA.
ยง 5842(a) is a makerโs duty: when you make the suppressor, you must mark it with a serial number and the required identifying information (name, address, etc.) This duty was not enjoined.
ยง 5842(b) is a possessorโs duty: if you already possess an unmarked NFA firearm, you must obtain a serial number from ATF and mark it. This rule (and the related possession crime) was enjoined for covered parties.
So if someone hands you an unmarked suppressor they made, you're fine, but they are in trouble. But you can't legally get ahold of an unmarked suppressor you made, cuz well, you made it, and that means you have to mark it, even if it's legal to possess it while unmarked.
The upshot is because a makerโs affirmative duty under ยง 5842(a) remains in force, the cleaner and lower-risk approach is still to mark a homemade suppressor.
@FuddBusters@MorosKostas Would you guys agree with the above?
Immigrant groups have been specializing in fraud as long as we've been letting large numbers in. As an example, back in the 900 phone # days, eastern European immigrants would buy 900 numbers and then pay people to run around NYC and ask businesses to make a phone call. They'd call their own 900 # and leave the phone off the hook, and leave. It will never stop, unless immigration stops.
@2Aupdates "So you're saying" is an almost guaranteed red flag that the rest of the sentence is going to be disingenuous bullshit that you didn't actually say in any way whatsoever.
