#Biafran Nationalist #SimonEkpa Faces Political Prosecution

I recently returned from #Finland, where I monitored a significant case in my capacity as an independent observer. I am now sharing my findings with members of #Congress and the #American public.

Simon Ekpa, an advocate for self-determination of the #Igbo region of #Nigeria known as #Biafra and a Finnish national, seeks appeal of his conviction in a #Finnish court on terrorism allegations that veteran U.S. counter-terrorism prosecutors and investigators say would be thrown as #hearsay in a U.S. court. They noted that the “evidence” of Ekpa’s guilt was purely #circumstantial and would never survive in an American court; however, Finland’s lack of free-speech protections and lower Finnish standards produced a conviction #American justice would not allow.

The trial court failed to produce direct and immediate evidence as to Ekpa's personal involvement providing weapons to those fighting for #Biafran independence.

No #American court would prosecute #Ekpa for what would be treated as #1stAmendment issues.

🇳🇬 CATHOLIC PRIEST MURDERED IN NIGERIA

Catholic priest Rev. Fr. Samuel Oyetoro was found murdered in Kogi State, Nigeria, after reportedly being attacked with a machete. His body was discovered by the roadside with severe wounds to the head.

He served at St. Paul’s Parish.

His killing comes amid Nigeria’s ongoing security crisis, with Christian communities facing repeated attacks from Islamist terrorists and armed militias. More than 1,000 Christians have reportedly been killed in Nigeria so far this year.

Pig Heads Thrown on Land Bought for Mosque to Stop Construction.

Locals in Seville, Spain, reportedly threw pig heads, bones, legs, and ears onto land purchased for a new mosque and Islamic center.

The protest was meant to exploit the fact that pork is considered impure under Islamic law.

Similar protests involving pig remains have happened at other planned mosque sites in Spain.

Islamic Republic in Iran hangs 24-Year-old woman who defended herself from sexual assault

Yesterday the regime executed Marziyeh Neyri yesterday, a young woman who was forced into marriage at age 17 and hanged for fighting back against her attacker.

Marziyeh was 18 years old when her husband's associate attempted to sexually assault her in her own home, in front of her husband. She grabbed a kitchen knife to defend herself. Her husband died in the struggle.

She told the court she had been repeatedly assaulted by her husband's associates before that day. Iran's courts didn't care.

The regime rejected her self-defense claim. Her attacker, who survived, took the stand and called her a murderer. The court believed him over her.

She was sentenced to death.

No clemency. No mercy. The sentence was carried out at Chubindar Prison in Qazvin.

Marziyeh Neyri never had a chance. Forced into marriage as a child under Iran's Islamic laws, she spent the few years of her adult life in a courtroom, fighting for her life after defending it.

She lost.

This is the Sharia Laws in Islamic Republic of Iran where a woman can be hanged for surviving.

As I said, I came here to tell you the truth about the case of Simon Ekpa, and I thank you for allowing me to do so.

I am a world peace maker now, and I follow the process of Finland’s mediation teams, which have worked for over 100 years. I have gone to the Centre for Mediation Studies to see how you built a peaceful society.

Why would a good European country like Finland get closer to a terrorist state NIGERIA 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬, where a former Attorney General, like Malami, who indicted Simon Ekpa live, is relied upon?HOW? HOW? HOW ?

How can a man who himself has been accused of working with Fulani jihadists to kill Christians be trusted by Finland?🇫🇮 How ?

This same man, Malami, was involved in the arrangements surrounding Nnamdi Kanu’s abduction and rendition from Kenya at night, without the Kenyan Government knowing, and his subsequent detention in Abuja.

During the Buhari regime, Malami also allegedly contacted an intelligence security company in Dakar to produce FAKE intelligence reports.

Finland must therefore carefully examine the source, credibility and manner in which this so-called intelligence was obtained. If the evidence is fabricated, manipulated, doctored or obtained through corrupt means, then it cannot be treated as reliable evidence.

FAKE INTELLIGENCE IS NOT EVIDENCE. TERRORIST PROPAGANDA IS NOT EVIDENCE.

Finland must stand for truth, justice and due process.
