@HitachiAC_GB@jagograhakjago though we received a call from the call centre yesterday ensuring prompt action, there has been no action so far, no call no service from the local team. That's the problem with team Hitachi in Jammu. Shall we expect a solution or not?
@Hitachi@HitachiAC_GB@JCIHitachi@jagograhakjago@nch1915 we raised a complain in May 28th & the responsible service provider keep closing/cancel our ticket without resolving it. We are tired of the poor sevice and the product. V look forward to help

Pl go through the highlighted line carefully in attached document “a recent discovery of gold has been made at Gulmarg” published in the Imperial Gazetteer of India, 1909.
This is not folklore, not hearsay, and not a random modern claim.
It appeared in an official British-era publication, compiled after extensive administrative and geological observations across the princely state of Jammu & Kashmir.
Now the real question is:
Was it an error…
or was there actually gold in Gulmarg?
If it was merely a clerical mistake, why would the Imperial Gazetteer one of the most authoritative records of British India specifically mention a “recent discovery of gold” at Gulmarg?
And if it was true, then where are the records of further exploration?
Who investigated it?
Was mining ever attempted?
Were samples preserved?
History is full of forgotten discoveries that vanished under politics, technology limitations, wars, or lack of commercial viability at that time.
But imagine for a moment if the statement was accurate.
A verified gold reserve in Kashmir, recorded over a century ago, could completely reshape conversations around the economic history and untapped mineral wealth of the region.
Perhaps the truth still lies buried somewhere in:
• old geological survey files
• Dogra state archives
• British mining correspondence
• forgotten exploration notes
• or oral histories known only to a few.
Sometimes, a single line in an old book is not just history.
It is a doorway waiting to be reopened.
