I came across Tiramisu Basque Cheesecake in the heart of London. This spot literally specializes in Basque Cheesecake so I had high hopes. A simple menu with a choice between their classic and their tiramisu. This cost me £6.50 for a slice of tiramisu.

This is the old Daily Telegraph House, once the high-tech heart of London’s newspaper industry. It was built in the 1920s and looks more like a temple than an office building!

Who are these guys? This is the National Firefighters Memorial, and it’s a "living" list. It honors every single firefighter killed in the line of duty across the UK, with names dating back to the 1700s. A piece of history most tourists walk right past outside St Paul’s.

I can’t believe this is the new normal. London is actually putting plaques on the pavement to mark where phones have been stolen. The City of London Police are marking these "hot zones" so you know exactly when to put your phone away.

Next time you are at King’s Cross St Pancras, take a second to look at this. This memorial on the London Underground is dedicated to the 31 people who sadly lost their lives in the 1987 King's Cross Fire. It's right there on the wall of one of London's busiest stations.

The best day trip from Belfast? We headed out to the Giant’s Causeway with Paddywagon Tours and the views were amazing. The tour cost around €30 per person and included the full coastal drive. Climbing over the 40,000 basalt columns is a bucket list must do in Northern Ireland!
