On February 1st we celebrated our annual Pink Goes Red event! We discussed various ways to achieve optimum heart health through exercise, healthy eating, and the importance of drinking plenty of water each day. We encourage everyone to live healthy lifestyles. 💕❤️

On January 15th, 1908 on the campus of Howard University a beautiful sisterhood, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated was founded! We are celebrating 111 years of service to all mankind! We would like to thank our 20 pearls for paving the way! 💕💚
