We are so small. Start with yourself, then your family in your home, then your neighbors. Gods glory will shine through you if you will it. Start small for His glory, not your own.

A good day to share this episode (YouTube below).
Pope Adrian VI openly admitted, very early on, what everyone knew: there was need for reform in the Church (as there often is).
But he also prophetically warned where Luther's heresies would take the world.

There are many who share your way of thinking (myself included). Your longing for true community is natural, and is written on the hearts of all men. Our world is confused and has traded true community (and Christ) for selfish materialism. This novelty will not stand forever. Traditional Catholicism is the only antidote. The events of 1789 represent a perennial illusion in politics. The French Revolution was a Utopian attempt to overthrow a traditional order—one with many imperfections, certainly—in the name of abstract ideas, formulated by vain intellectuals, which lapsed, not by chance but through weakness and wickedness, into purges, mass murder and war. In so many ways it anticipated the still more terrible Bolshevik Revolution of 1917.
