It's officially our last day of walking! We will reach Sydney harbour bridge today. It is 40km away, making this our longest day yet. About to get a sneaky early bird coffee, because we got out the door slightly earlier than normal. We are happy because we get a day more walking!

Dr Winburg said that per hectare average wheat production will be around 2 tonnes per year whereas Seaweed production is 100 tonnes per year per hectare. That is 50x faster than wheat production!
