Blood donations help the community in many ways! Thanks to employees who stepped up today to give some blood to fill needs in local hospitals. #donationsmatter
It could get to 100 degrees on Wednesday. Good thing National Ice Cream Month is still under way to help with a tasty respite! Enjoy your favorite flavor.
500 AM MDT 6/17/2020: Do you understand the hazards of severe weather? Take time this Weather-Ready Wednesday to understand how to protect yourself from these hazards. #mtwx#wywx#WeatherReadyWednesday
This Memorial Day weekend, we honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country as well as all Americans who have died this spring from COVID-19. Bless the memories of all of them.
We work in an essential business, manufacturing gasoline and diesel for the Rocky Mountain region. And our workers are truly indispensable. Many have diligently maintained their shift schedules and successfully adjusted to the challenges of COVID-19. We salute them!
Today we were honored to donate 480 gallons of hand sanitizer that arrived in Billings and manufactured by our friends with @ExxonMobilBRA. Yellowstone County first responders and healthcare workers will soon be using this to stay safe. #DoingOurPart
Sometimes the journey to assist in pandemic response is more than 1,600 miles. The Billings team has risen to the challenge to get rail tankers full of base stock propylene to our sister chemical plant in Baton Rouge, LA to manufacture hand sanitizer.
In good times and in crazy times, volunteers make a difference in our community. During National Volunteer Week in the midst of a pandemic, we pause to thank those in our business and in our community who stepped up last year to change lives and bring hope. True points of light!
Great day for a walkabout at our wildlife habitat area. Saw geese, pheasant, a sandhill crane, about 20 deer, a coyote, some ducks and the work product of a beaver. Hope your weekend is filled with discovery!
The best part of Billings is the people. The grit, can-do spirit and the willingness to take on challenges is a big part of what makes our community great. We're proud to be part of building the next generation of problem-solvers with STEM Yellowstone. @betteroffinbillings
"Nurse" is just another word to describe a person strong enough to tolerate anything and soft enough to understand anyone. Our employees and family members say thanks to nurses and other healthcare workers who are going above and beyond during this difficult time.
Our neighbors, friends and loved ones in the healthcare community who are working overtime on the front lines of the COVID-19 response are going above and beyond to keep us safe. As a small bit of gratitude, the Billings Refinery family offers our thanks.
Everyone is essential. Some are just being essential in other ways right now. And some are working overtime. Today we start a series to show gratitude for those who are going the extra mile to keep us safe.
We weren't going to post this graphic because with recent weather some folks might not take to kindly to it. But then Dan showed up. #blamedan#mtwx#wywx
Thanks to incredible hearts and souls of some of employees, 30 stuffed animals with messages of care went out last week to kids at @lockwoodlions who might be dealing with emotional and mental health issues. Little gestures do big things when great people are helping.
