@DrBradBarnett I know a few RLE but agree trifocal is rare. IMO my favorite application of RLE is the 30 year old +7.00 that would not do well with LASIK.

“Which IOL is the best?” I’m lucky to have gotten pretty extensive experience with essentially all of the modern premium IOLs in 2024 and plan on doing a deep dive video early next year. Very impressed with Odyssey and Envy so far.

While uncommon, we do everything at PNV including the occasional LPI. With state of the art imaging I’m able to record super HD videos like this. Here’s an LPI for narrow angles in the IT quadrant.

Great example of nuance. This “high” vault is perfect for this eye. Learning the nuance of sizing prediction is one of my favorite things to learn from Dr. @gregparkhurstmd. ICLs are my favorite procedure by far.
