一直在找值得深挖的标的，今天终于找到一个，StablesLabs的USDX以及它背后的创始人杨舟（Flex Yang）。不过很可能已经晚了，USDX 已经在 2 小时前脱锚。

这个项目几乎集齐了所有的红旗：创始人黑历史、虚假融资、不透明运作、异常借贷行为。更重要的是，它可能成为引爆当前DeFi流动性危机的导火索。

之前在Euler、Lista、Silo三个借贷协议上，USDT、USD1、USDC的借贷利率同时飙升到30%-100%。这已经非常反常，即便在极端行情下，稳定币借贷利率也很少超过20%。

在Arkham Intelligence上交叉验证，这些地址都关联到同一个实体：Flex Yang，也就是USDX的创始人杨舟。

操作模式惊人地一致：抵押sUSDX和USDX，借出其他稳定币。即使借贷成本达到100%年化，仍在继续借款，且没有任何还款迹象。

杨舟不是新人。他的上一个DeFi项目HopeLend（后改名贝宝）已经暴雷，造成用户损失。这是公开信息，在中文DeFi社区广为人知。一个有不良记录的创始人重新包装项目卷土重来，本身就是巨大的风险信号。

USDX声称获得Dragonfly Capital领投的4500万美元融资。作为对比：
Ethena在TGE前的总融资额仅2000万美元
Ethena有真实的产品创新和用户基础
USDX运营超过一年，Discord只有500活跃用户，产品进展缓慢。通过多个渠道求证，没有找到任何Dragonfly参投的实质证据。这种规模的融资在加密VC圈不可能悄无声息。

USDX自称采用Delta Neutral策略维持稳定。但已经有多人爆出其猫腻：
没有第三方审计报告
没有链上储备证明
声称99%仓位在Binance，但无法验证
运营一年多，基本的透明度机制都没有建立

这与Stream Finance如出一辙，后者也是将用户资金转到CEX做策略，10月11日亏损9300万美元，现已暂停提款。

sUSDX是USDX的质押版本，解质押只需等待1天即可兑换回USDT。那么问题来了：为什么有人宁愿支付30%-100%的年化成本借其他稳定币，也不愿意等待1天解质押？

唯一合理的解释是：他们知道这个赎回承诺可能无法兑现。

用新借款维持流动性假象，不可持续的高成本运作，储备资产不透明，创始人信誉已破产，融资额虚假宣传。

而可怕的是，USDX已经深度嵌入多个DeFi协议：
Euler：多个池子被USDX抵押品占据
Lista：USDT池子几乎被抽干
Silo：类似情况
Morpho：部分敞口

一旦USDX崩盘，这些协议的流动性提供者将面临无法提款的风险。当前这些池子的利用率接近100%，已经出现挤兑前兆。

USDX是当前DeFi系统性风险的缩影。当协议可以用自己发行的代币作为抵押品，以不可持续的成本借入真实资产，当创始人的信誉和项目的透明度都成问题，崩塌只是时间问题。

建议立即检查在相关协议的敞口，特别是Curator为Re7或MEV的池子。不过，很可能已经来不及了！

毕竟，当你发现厨房里有一只蟑螂时，通常不会只有一只。
