These Police Officers just parked me at Bolade, Oshodi, pointed guns at me, and forced me to transfer N100,000 them. When my bank app showed "exceeded transfer limit", they dragged me to a nearby POS to do it with my card.
They initially demanded 150k each.
They were 4 in number.
These are the names I could copy:

Okay
This is the phone number of the notorious Officer Friday Ikpe 09136237110. I got it from his opay

Ethiopia: The 101-year-old Telata Chef St. Garbriel Church has been burned to the ground by ethnic militants in Oromo.
Dozens of Christians were also killed.
Hundreds of Christian homes were destroyed, along with livestock, in the large-scale attack that saw roughly 3,000 armed extremists target the Orthodox Christian community.
The Christians of Ethiopia’s Oromo region need immediate help and prayers.
I have made it a duty to share this every year, until the need to share it no longer exists.
My ancestors' death will never be in vain.
Rest in Peace Heroes! 🙏 💪🏽

A man of God prayed for one of his members and told him, “Rejoice, God said you have been promoted at your place of work.” The man rejoiced, celebrated the prophecy, and held on to the word with faith.
But on Monday morning, he got to work only to be handed a sack letter.
Naturally, many people would have become offended, discouraged, or even concluded that the prophecy had failed. But this man did something different. He refused to allow what he saw physically to cancel what God had spoken spiritually.
He didn’t even tell his pastor what had happened.
The following Sunday, he came to church for Thanksgiving. Shockingly, he packaged the salary of his “supposed new position” and gave it as a Thanksgiving offering unto God.
Why? Because he understood something many people do not understand:
Thanksgiving is not only for what God has done, it is also an activation for miracles yet to manifest.
He chose gratitude over grumbling.
He chose faith over feelings.
He chose thanksgiving over tears.
Then something happened.
The following week, while driving out, one of his tires got flat. As he tried fixing it, a car pulled over beside him. It was an old classmate from school. After exchanging pleasantries, the friend asked him what he was currently doing.
The man replied, “Nothing for now.”
Immediately, the friend became excited and said, “That’s amazing timing! I just opened a new company and I’ve been searching for a competent and reliable person to manage it. I want you to run it for me.”
Guess what?
The offer came with:
A duplex.
An SUV.
And a salary five times bigger than the one from his former job.
That was the promotion the pastor saw.
The vision was correct, but thanksgiving activated the manifestation.
Listen carefully:
Just because things did not go the way you expected does not mean God did not answer your prayers. Sometimes, God answers differently from what your mind anticipated. But many people abort their miracles through complaining, murmuring, anger, and unbelief.
Some doors close because greater gates are about to open.
Stop interpreting temporary disappointment as permanent denial.
The Scripture says, “In all things give thanks,” not “in some things,” not “when it feels good,” but in all things.
Your gratitude in difficult moments is proof that you still trust God even when you do not understand Him.
Stop complaining.
Start thanking God.
Show gratitude.
There is a miracle hidden behind your thanksgiving.
It still amazes me that you people think we are stuck in the era of your Lagos-Ibadan propaganda media. News flash: we are not. Many of us had access to the decrees online before they “magically” disappeared from the website they were hosted on. Before that happened, especially after the decrees started being referenced heavily on social media, many Igbos, myself included, downloaded, saved, and screenshotted them. So yes, we still have access to them to this day despite that magic of disapperance.
First of all, the regional constitutions were still very much in existence under Decree No. 34. The decree itself made that clear. What Decree 34 primarily unified was the public service, which was explicitly stated both on the title page and within the document itself as the “Unification of Public service.
But let’s even entertain the propaganda narrative for a second. Ironsi ruled for less than a year, and Nigerians supposedly opposed the decree so strongly. Basic human behavior, as psychology itself tells us that when people strongly oppose something, they remove it once the source of that opposition is gone. Ironically, that is exactly what happened.
Gowon himself repealed Decree 34. Not only was this stated in Decree 13, it was reaffirmed again in Decree 59. And in case anyone is confused about the meaning of “repeal,” it means cancelled or revoked. In simple terms, all the decrees Ironsi introduced effectively ended on September 1, 1966.
So again, we do not live in the old propaganda era anymore. Igbos learned about you people and your demonic, evil behavior to lie, propaganda and distort and this time around, we are MF ready for una.
Listen to this sweet song and help me with this question........ Did Rihanna actually sing a song for Peter Obi or AI?

This video bears one of the best rebuttals to Gowon’s distortions of the history of the Civil War & its aftermaths. And unlike Gowon’s book which came lately, the video was made in the immediate aftermaths of the civil war.
In 2017, a Nigerian businessman’s shipment of Fanta and Sprite was seized and destroyed in the UK because the benzoic acid levels were unsafe for consumption.
That’s when the truth came out: those drinks were never meant for the UK market. Same brand, same company but completely different quality depending on where you live.
Nigeria’s NAFDAC allows 250mg of benzoic acid per litre in soft drinks. The UK limit is just 150mg. In our hot climate, the companies add even more. Independent tests have found some drinks reaching 300–400mg.
Here’s the problem: benzoic acid (sodium benzoate) reacts with vitamin C (ascorbic acid) especially in heat to form benzene, a Group 1 carcinogen. Nigeria is a very hot country. Yet we’re given higher amounts of this preservative.
The companies and NAFDAC say higher levels are needed because products spoil faster in heat. But if heat makes the chemical more dangerous, why add more of it here?
There are still no clear warnings on the bottles. Most Nigerians have no idea.
NAFDAC approval doesn’t mean the product is safe by international standards. It means it passed Nigeria’s lower standard. We have become a dumping ground for substandard goods.
Children are even more at risk. Their smaller bodies absorb more damage from sugar, artificial additives, and these chemicals. We’re already seeing kidney problems in young people that shouldn’t be happening.
Parents, please pay attention. Your children’s health is being built right now by what you give them daily.
Better options exist:
• Zobo (hibiscus drink)
• Kunu
• Tiger nut milk (Kunnu aya)
• Coconut water
• Homemade fruit juices and smoothies
• Ginger drink, tamarind drink
Make them yourself so you know exactly what’s inside.
Look out for your family. The government and companies won’t. Your health and your children’s future is worth more than a cold drink.
Health is wealth.
P.S. Check labels. If you see both sodium benzoate and vitamin C, be extra careful. And yes, most mass-produced soft drinks are unhealthy even without the benzoic acid issue.
A report just confirmed what I have been telling you for months.
The bread you buy every morning — the one your children eat before school, the one you toast and spread margarine on, the one you think is harmless because everybody eats it — contains chemicals that are banned in Europe.
Banned. Not restricted. Not limited. Banned.
Let me tell you what is in that loaf and what it does to your body.
The first chemical is used as a dough conditioner.
It makes the bread soft and fluffy.
It also happens to be the same chemical used in the production of yoga mats and shoe soles.
When you bake it at high temperatures, it breaks down into two byproducts.
One is linked to tumour formation in the lungs and blood vessels.
The other is a recognised carcinogen and toasting the bread increases its formation.
The European Union banned this chemical in food entirely. Not reduced. Not regulated. Removed.
It is legal in Nigeria.
The second chemical was banned in Nigeria in 2003. On paper. In practice, independent research across multiple cities found that the majority of commercial bakers still use it.
It is classified as a possible human carcinogen.
Animal studies link it to kidney tumours, thyroid tumours, and a form of cancer in the lining of the abdomen.
It destroys the kidneys.
It damages the auditory nerves — which means it can cause irreversible hearing loss.
And when used in high doses, which it often is because nobody is checking, it strips the bread of whatever nutrients were left. Vitamins A, B1, B2, niacin, essential fatty acids. All degraded.
What remains is a block of bleached starch with a carcinogen baked into it.
The third chemical is used as a preservative.
It is also found in cosmetics.
It is an endocrine disruptor — meaning it interferes with your hormones.
It has been linked to infertility, reproductive damage, and breast cancer.
For a country with one of the highest incidences of fibroids in the world, that should terrify you.
And then there are the heavy metals.
Independent university research found mercury, cadmium, and lead in bread samples across Nigeria. Not trace amounts. Impermissible levels.
Cadmium — linked to lung cancer, kidney dysfunction, and hypertension.
Lead — damages the nervous system, the immune system, the endocrine system, and the skeletal system.
In your bread. Every morning. On your child’s plate.
But the damage does not stop at chemicals and heavy metals. Let me tell you what the bread itself does even without the poison.
Wheat bread spikes your blood sugar faster than table sugar.
Every slice triggers an insulin response.
Eat it every morning for ten years and the insulin response becomes permanent.
The cells stop listening.
The pancreas pumps harder.
The sugar stays in the blood.
That is insulin resistance. And it is the doorway to type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, belly fat that refuses to leave, PMOS, and hormonal collapse.
Every single morning. From one slice of bread.
Then there is your gut.
The gluten in wheat irritates the gut lining. Not just in people with coeliac disease. In most people who eat it daily.
The lining becomes inflamed.
Permeability increases. Things that should stay inside the gut start crossing into the bloodstream.
The gut bacteria shift. The beneficial species — the ones that protect the lining, regulate immunity, produce short-chain fatty acids — decline.
The harmful species multiply.
The fermentation changes.
Gas builds.
Bloating becomes constant.
And then the motility slows.
Bread is binding.
It absorbs water in the intestine.
The stool hardens.
Transit time increases. What should move in 18–24 hours sits for 48, sometimes 72.
You strain. Every day. The pressure builds.
That straining — day after day, month after month, year after year — is how haemorrhoids develop.
Piles did not come from nowhere. Piles came from a plate that makes your gut work against itself.
Constipation. Bloating. Haemorrhoids. A gut lining that is inflamed and permeable. All connected. All fed by the same loaf.
So let me list what that one loaf delivers to your body every morning:
A possible carcinogen that was banned twenty-two years ago but nobody enforces.
A dough conditioner banned in Europe, legal here, that breaks down into compounds linked to cancer.
A preservative that disrupts your hormones and feeds fibroids.
Heavy metals that damage your kidneys, your nerves, and your immune system.
Insulin resistance from the wheat itself.
Gut inflammation, constipation, and haemorrhoids from the gluten and the starch.
And you eat it every morning.
Your children eat it every morning.
Your mother eats it every morning.
Because everybody eats it.
Because it is cheap.
Because it is easy.
Because nobody told you what is inside.
Somebody is telling you now.
The bread is not food. It is a chemistry experiment you eat every morning and call breakfast.

When I see humongous structures like this. I remember history.
If you don't have the military force to defend structures like this, don't build them. History is replete with churches and impressive monuments taken over by Islamic jihadists. They don't need to build, but they can take over especially with the wrong government in place.
This is not in any way casting aspersions on the person of Bishop Oyedepo but history is clear as to why this is a white elephant project.
I think the Jehovah Witness approach to building gigantic structures is the best tbh. The church isn't the building, the people are.
