Life isnβt fair. Some have money but not health. Love but not children. Degrees but no job. Jobs but no peace.
The mistake is thinking someoneβs life is perfect because you only see the part theyβre winning in.
Everyoneβs fighting something you canβt see. Be grateful for yours.
Look at the back of your neck.
Use your phone camera if you have to.
Now check your knuckles. And the folds under your arms.
Is the skin there darker than the rest of you?
Thicker?
Like dirt that will not wash off no matter how hard you scrub?
It is not dirt.
You cannot scrub it off because it did not come from outside.
That darkening has a name.
It is often the skin reacting to how your body is handling sugar and insulin β sometimes for years before any single test catches up.
I am not going to tell you it is nothing.
I am also not going to tell you it is the end.
I am telling you to look, and then to ask the right question.
Prayer won't cancel the consequences of a lifestyle you refuse to change. Every Sunday, many Nigerians pray against sickness and then eat exactly what is making them sick.

ANDROID USERS, READ THIS!
Your phone says "Storage Full."
So you delete photos. Delete videos. Uninstall apps. Yet the storage barely moves.
That's because the real culprits aren't your photos or apps. it's the hidden junk Android quietly stores in the background
Here's how I cleaned my phone yesterday and recovered 35GB without deleting a single photo, video, app, or chat I actually use.
Here's exactly how I did it:

40 Days of Japa Plans Challenge (PRACTICE THIS AND YOUβLL SEE RESULTS). These are what I did when I wanted to Japa.
DAY 1: Define your Japa goals. Are you going to study, work, PR or Business. Nowadays, the best route is through the study route. From study route, you can move to work visas and then PR.
DAY 2: Calculate the finances in your hand. If peradventure, you have β¦0 and 2:1 or First Class then target scholarships (apply to at least 5 daily). If you have β¦0 and third class or 2:2 target companies borrow people loans, research about them.
DAY 3: When your finances and budget are sorted, choose 3 target countries that meets your financial budget.
DAY 4: Research the visa pathways for each country. Google is your friend. You can also book visa consultations to professionals because many things are not on internet except someone that has done the visa applications of such countries before.
DAY 5: Check the eligibility for each country
DAY 6: Create a Japa budget plan. For example, you can decide to go to Russia first because it is cheaper and later re-Japa to UK or Canada. It all depends on proper planning.
DAY 7: Calculate the proof of fund for each country.
DAY 8: Review your educational qualifications to ensure that it matches your choice countries.
DAY 9 : Update your CV to international standard. For European countries, Euro pass CV is usually required.
DAY 10: Write a Professional personal statement. Practice makes perfect.

Avoid marrying a woman you cannot correct , advise or direct . Because marriage is not a playground of emotions , it is a journey that requires order, respect and wisdom
Young King,
When people say that most ladies don't like a Nice guy, it doesn't mean that you should be uncut. Below are a few differences between a Gentleman (GM) and a Nice Guy (NG):
-A GM acts well because it reflects his values. A NG acts well to be liked, approved of, or rewarded.
- A GM has clear boundaries. He can say no calmly and mean it. A NG avoids conflict. Says yes while resenting it.
-A GM respects others and himself. A NG prioritizes others at the expense of self-respect.
-A GM is quietly confident and doesn't need validation. A NG seeks reassurance and external affirmation.
-A GM accepts rejection with dignity and emotional maturity. A NG feels entitled, bitter, or confused when rejected.
- A GM behaves the same in private and public. A NG behaves well when it benefits him or is visible.
-A GM is good because he is strong enough to choose it. A NG is good because he's afraid not to be.
Be a gentleman, always.
Most men donβt realize their wife has lost respect for themβ¦ until itβs too late.
Here are 7 signs she no longer respects you:
