Rebalances we're working on for @capncompany:

1. Players like the PvP & want factions / the tower system to work, polls today showed overwhelming favor
2. But player collusion between the two sides is causing a lot of AFK farming
3. We're buffing the crap out of towers so they'll kick griefers to the curb
4. Blue team is going to need some reinforcements & we may add a dynamic buff to help
