I will always be a huge advocate for higher timeframe trading and this is why:

I've tried everything, literally from the market open trades to swing trading and I can conclude one thing

Higher timeframe trading is better for you and will bring you more benefits than lower timeframe. This is simply because you are not only able to be more patient, you're away from the noise. Every trade you take you can ride and get every possible dollar instead of cutting it short just because your favorite mentor said so.

I've found much more success trading the higher timeframe and honestly just letting trades run. Trading is not pretty, your trades are not going to just go straight to take profit because that is not how this game works. You're so hyper focused on lower timeframe because you aren't patient enough to wait and you justify it by saying that this is a "1 hour work day". MF I'd rather work for 4 hours in a day and catch a 500 point move than to risk my life savings on a 50 point move.
