@natesaundersF1 Big onus on Sky, F1TV, etc. to produce in-depth but explainable VTs in their coverage to break down every aspect of the new rules to both casual and diehard fans. Brundle in the ITV days, Symonds on Sky and especially Gary Anderson on the BBC were always very good at this.
