I don't hate the idea at all

But I hate the idea of an F1 seat being the goal when we are so many steps behind

Get them into WEC, F3, even F2, and Indy before thinking about F1, as the narrative would be MUCH easier if we saw girls perform great in those series

That's why I hate the idea of FAcademy, and I think that FIA should be backing projects like Iron Dames instead. Let's have all women F4, ELMS, IMSA, WEC and eventually F3 and F2 teams , so it's easier for them, but let's not lock them in a series without any exit strategy apart from them becoming marketing material for Formula 1 and the teams
