I believe this ruling makes it necessary for the FHFA to carefully weigh any future actions that might once again harm shareholders. While it might not be possible to challenge such actions directly, one could potentially seek new compensation for the harm caused $fnma $fmcc

Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac shareholders rejoice!
The war isn't over. But today's battle is won as the en banc petition is denied.

$fnma $fmcc where is too late @pulte ? Does the Chairman of Fannie Mae’s board really have nothing to say regarding such a loss in the company's value?
@revgalerivs@pulte I’m starting to believe that his tenure at the FHFA and the F2 will be just as disastrous as it was Mark Calabria’s and his unreasonable ERCF that is just as far from stress tests as @Pulte currently is from the shareholders.
@pulte I just want to tell you that under normal circumstances, as Head of the Board, you would already have been fired given a 70% drop in the company's value....despite record profits! $fnma $fmcc
@pulte It would be good if the President supplemented the response regarding the GSEs—"there is no rush"—with the point that "for every quarter they accumulate capital, their value increases." If you were to make this clarification as well, it would be welcome.
@pulte@realDonaldTrump $fnma $fmcc I am beginning to doubt that the Trump administration is capable of relaunching this company without the support of the investment community; the trends of the last nine months reflect a loss of confidence in the Trump administration
@pulte Strong companies have strong balance sheets, which leads to a strong share price. As you can see, its performance resembles that of a small-cap stock more than one of America's strongest companies. Will you do anything to solve this?
@pulte $fnma $fmcc If all these impressive profits don't translate into shareholder value, it doesn't matter how loudly or how often you repeat it. The market will ignore you!
@pulte Let everyone do their own calculations, but with a reduction of the absurdly high buffers that are not adjusted to the real risk (see the stress tests) the capital requirements are already met.
$fmcc $fnma With $78 billion in net worth and eliminating the SPSPA liquidation preference, FreddieMac already meets most of the minimum capital requirements. It's time for action, not words @pulte
@pulte $fnma $fmcc If all this money and profit doesn't translate into value for shareholders, it's understandable that the markets aren't as euphoric as you are about these spectacular Q2 earnings. This company continues to trade as if it were on the verge of bankruptcy.
@michaeljburry In the end, the weight of retained earnings, payments made to the treasury, and huge annual profits will push the company's value to where it should be...¿1T combined?
@realDonaldTrump A company's strength is usually reflected in its stock price, your 1T valuation for fannie & freddie is too far from the reality. Stop confusing investors with empty headlines and empty statements.
