A Palestinian family has described being forced by Israeli settlers to exhume the body of their recently deceased 80-year-old relative in the West Bank.

The deceased man’s son, Mohammed Asasa, said the cemetery belongs to the village where they live, but armed men claimed that it belongs to the Israeli settlement of Sa-Nur.

Asasa said, after they were threatened, the family had to take the remains to a nearby cemetery in Al-Funduqumiya.
