En Ukraine, ce réseau satellitaire est devenu vital. Sans lui, une partie de la communication militaire et civile s’effondre. Macron et Von der Leyen le savent parfaitement. Ils savent aussi que la simple possibilité d’une restriction d’accès rend toute censure généralisée de X beaucoup plus risquée et coûteuse.

Alors ils continuent de jouer les durs. Ils multiplient les enquêtes judiciaires. Ils menacent le statut d’hébergeur. Ils parlent de « protection de la démocratie » pendant qu’ils tentent de museler la plateforme qui les critique le plus.

Mais pendant ce temps, leur soutien militaire et politique à Zelensky repose en partie sur l’infrastructure d’un homme qu’ils n’arrêtent pas d’attaquer.
C’est le comble de l’hypocrisie. D’un côté, on veut faire taire X. De l’autre, on a besoin de Starlink pour faire la guerre.

Macron et Von der Leyen croient encore pouvoir dicter leur loi aux plateformes tout en dépendant d’elles. Ils se prennent pour des maîtres. Ils sont surtout des apprentis sorciers.
