Statistics mean nothing if the proof is not in the pudding. Why we pay UIF monthly if the Department ignores our request. My sister is still waiting, and a new month is coming.

@deptoflabour My sister mrs HA Richter who are a pensioner depending on her UIF had to sign on 8 April. She is still waiting for her sms with no joy. Emailed her signed form twice. No joy. Phoned the Client Services and been told wait for sms. How long it's going to take.
