On 5th/Jan/2022,Justice Boniface Wamala in the case of Ndyareeba Ronald v Joseph Arinaitwe MSC. Application No. 173 of 2019 held that there is nothing illegal either within Tier 4 Microfinance Institutions and Money Lenders Act 2016 or under any other law.. 1/2
