After manual reviews, 3 of my channels have now been reinstated. I'm incredibly grateful for the time and effort your team has put into reviewing them.

At this point, FAME YT is the only remaining channel still awaiting review. Since the original enforcement that led to the related terminations has already been reversed, I kindly ask if you could also take another look at FAME YT.

If the review finds that it complies with YouTube's policies, I would also be grateful if its monetization could be restored.

My message to dafuqboom.

If you ever get out of Inviz after this situation ever. Don't just go for another company. Make sure to get a lawyer first and then start your very own company and look for someone who will manage workers like for merch and for future movies/copyright problems. So that you can animate without any disturbance. If you need editors or animators that will be up to you because you will be the CEO of your company. And then you can manage for future projects like what companies you should partner to make the the films (pick who you trust with your lawyers)

(400K subscribers, 197 videos) has been waiting MONTHS for remonetization after a "reused content" flag.
Two appeals. Two rejections.

Here's what actually happened.

First appeal rejected: "didn't demonstrate enough value-add editing."
So we rebuilt the entire channel. Heavier commentary on every video. More unique editing style. More original voice. More transformation. We did the work YouTube told us to do.

Second appeal rejected: "Videos referenced in your appeal are not representative of your channel."
That means nobody watched the channel.
After months of waiting and a full rebuild, we got two copy-paste rejections back to back - one saying we don't edit enough, the next saying they didn't look at enough videos to even judge.

For the record - every video on this channel has original research and scripting, original voiceover, original animations built in After Effects from scratch, and 5+ hours of editing per video.
YouTube's OWN POLICY explicitly allows commentary and edited footage with added storyline. We check every single box.

We are an EU-based creator invoking our rights under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 - the Digital Services Act. Article 17 requires specific, substantive reasons for moderation decisions.
"Not representative" does not meet that standard.
If this is not resolved, we are escalating to Appeals Centre Europe under Article 21, with which YouTube is legally obligated to engage in good faith.

We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for someone to actually go look at the channel.
