Ashley Payne, who began his Ph.D. journey in 2015, was delayed by pandemic by two additional years.
However, on January 4th, 2023, Ashley successfully passed his dissertation defense. Ashely did not let any setback hinder his mission. Below, he shares his slogan and some advice
2.Utilize the whole school and outside mentors to mature as graduate students because lab productivity is only 20% of what youโre supposed to do.

Three talented Class of 2023 FAMU PharmD candidates, Brittany Lomax, Deashia Crayton, and Taliah Qaiyim, have been selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants to participate in the Pfizer Global Regulatory Affairs Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) Program.
Congratulations to Dr. Tiffany Ardley, Assoc. Prof. of Medicinal Chemistry and Coordinator BSPS program. She has been selected as Director of Undergraduate Research Programs at FAMU. While still CoPPS, IPH faculty, half of her time will be committed to this new initiative.
