Day 1 started well but ended with wine (tut tut) as i was at the theatre. I did plenty of exercise though. Day 2 begins with an early swim 🏊

Healthy dinner in town but slipped up as accidentally drank half a bottle of red wine. Still in my daily limit of 1800 calories. #fatgayslim
