@aydan No it's not un healthy, but it's not good for cutting weight. Depends what the goal is tho.

@aydan Peanut butter has about 100 calories per tablespoon, the game of losing weight is being at a caloric deficit, so assuming you are like me and will easily get through 5 tablespoons, it's not a good idea.
