China Southern rolled out its new Altay theme livery on a 737-8 (B-1200). Altay is a prefecture located in northern Xinjiang. It is one of the region's most popular travel destinations, known for its breathtaking natural landscapes and excellent skiing venues.

According to a stock exchange filing, China Eastern signed an order of 101 Airbus A320neo family aircraft on 25 Mar 2026. A Jan 2024 listed price of 15.8 billion USD is quoted. Delivery is between 2028 and 2032.

The order consist of A320neo, A321neo and A321XLR.

Mixue, a fast growing beverage chain from China, has unveiled a twin set of branded jets with Hainan Airlines.

I was shocked to learn about the Jeju Air #7C2216 crash this morning.

I flew on that aircraft HL8088 exactly 1 week ago from CJU to PKX. If it didn’t crash, then it would do the same flight again today.

I am speechless.

China expands Visa-free Transit scheme for 54 nationalities.

Those eligible may now enter China from 60 air, land & marine ports and stay up to 240 hours (10days).

Requirements:
- Passport w/ 3m validity
- Onward travel
- Meet entry requirements for next port of entry.
