It is a permit ID card to access oil facilities which all ds companies ar aware of and the do the OSP for only expetriates on companies cost.

Sir companies are gradually shiftn dia responsibilities to seafarers due to d unemployment conditn of seafarers. Sir please we need your Swift intervention b4 things goes out of hand.

Sir in this regard many companies are now taking advantage of many out of job Mariners to enforce the cost OPS on local seafarers alone by forcing a loan of $580 for the card that the will deduct from the individual salary.
