That red shadow was Odegaard's output this season in the beginning.
I spotted the problem. Kai Havertz was not a true CM like Xhaka. He is an SS. Odegaard was also playing extremely high on the pitch, leading our shots. We were playing two second strikers on the pitch.
The solution was simple. Have one player drop deeper to orchestrate play, especially the truer midfielder. This change came post Bounermouth. His influence and numbers sky-rocketed. I did that. I recommended that before anyone did. I even invented a term to illustrate how terminal having Odegaard as our main shooter and attacker was: “Odegaardism”. A player that ought to be selflessly serving the team was trying to be its main man. Ever since that has stopped, we have been back in business. One of my other recommendations to put Kai Havertz up top especially in the biggest games was also adopted.
No one saw that. No one appreciated that. Live and effective solutions to our team's problems. My ideas, whenever they have been implemented, have had a clear impact.
None of THESE Odegaard stans had a solution for him when he struggled. None of them. They don't care. And, now, the man whose ideas have helped returned him to form is the one to be hated?
Know your heroes. Know your seer. Know where the truth always comes from.
If you sell/give your home ticket to a Bayern Munich fan, you deserve to have your ticket revoked and to receive a lifetime ban. That sounds fair to me.
If Arsenal want to be serious about winning this title it's time to announce that Saka & Rice have minor injuries and are withdrawing from the England squad.
We’ve had some bad halves with regards to the referee’s management of time-wasting, but that one might top the lot. He’s just let them end the half early by faking injuries.
