Hurrah @HSBC_UK systems aren’t working for the next advisor either life really is too short to bank with HSBC …. Back on the dreary hold music again whilst they try to fix the system.

Another 90 minutes on the phone to find the @HSBC_UK systems aren’t working for one advisors so transferred me to another operator instead I find myself back on to the dreary persistent hold music and back in the general queue

@HSBC_UK Complaint system is little better they look at a single issue will not look at the overall compartmentalising and lack of cohesive customer services still trying to get matters sorted from November all about process errors

@HSBC_UK Your systems are a mess and until you get business advisors back in branches it will remain so. I’ve spent hours sat in branch and on hold on the phone for things that should be done easily if staff knew how to do them.

@HSBC_UK Your mandate team can’t update mandates correctly, removing signatories for no reason, your safeguarding team send automated letters containing incorrect dates, demanding urgent telephone contact for more info and we ring them to discover they don’t need any further info …
