.@CEOofHMCTS we are extremely concerned that the Court has taken over 12 months so far to deal with an application we made in October 2021. The application has not yet been issued and we do not yet have a hearing date.
We have been told @CEOofHMCTS cannot deal with our complaints or resolve the issue, but as Head of HMCTS Mr Goodwin is responsible for the service & should be able to improve the service for Court users. It cannot be right or fair that it takes over a year to list an application.
An invaluable resource from @FVTaskforce for those adopters of the Financial Vulnerability Charter looking to support clients going through divorce.
