The ECC students participated in a Storybook Character Tissue Box Decorating contest.  They had over 65 entries!  The library classes are having so much fun checking out the creations.  Superintendent Steinbruck and Deputy Superintendent Medley were two of the guest judges.

Our ECC Hornets got in on the voting action this week! After reading about the voting process, they cast ballots for either a chocolate or pizza scented sticker.

Shout out to our September Reading Challenge participants! They were challenged to immerse themselves in American Revolution espionage. They put on their sleuthing hats and gathered information on a historical figure from the time period and deemed them hero or villain.

Shout out to our 19 Junior High August Reading Challenge participants! They were challenged to read a book from a genre that they don't normally read. Some found new interests, others confirmed their opinions. Either way, we had fun trying something new!
