Can confirm! In the team I have worked in the last couple of years the code quality was fare higher than I have seen in other ways of working. mobbing = realtime codereview! One might not understand how this is possible. But what we produced has withstood the test of time!

One of the points of mobbing is that many eyes are looking at the code. Doing that after the fact adds no value whatever. Code generated from an ensemble is very high quality right off the bat. One of the ensembles at Hunter went a year and a half with no bugs reported against their code.

OpenTelemetry is, quite frankly, not well understood. Which is fine! Most people decide to adopt OTEL for reasons that are dead simple

We should all be forgiving, and give everybody a chance to succeed and learn from our failures. And if we succeed, we should be glad to give to others so they can succeed

The rules that applies for the rich are international. They can move money to where it is most profitable for them to have it.
