Glen served the Farm Credit Administration with distinction as board chairman & CEO and as a board member since 2017. His steady leadership strengthened the safety and soundness of the Farm Credit System while keeping a sharp focus on the credit needs of farmers, ranchers, and rural communities across America.

As a fifth-generation Iowa farmer and agribusiness leader, Glen brought real-world experience and a deep commitment to rural America to everything he did @FCAgov.

The Farm Credit Administration has earned a Certificate of Excellence in Accountability Reporting (CEAR) again for its 2025 Performance and Accountability Report.

This recognition highlights FCA’s commitment to transparency, strong financial stewardship, and clear performance reporting.

FCA also received a “Best in Class” award for outstanding inspector general reporting.
