If Casadó wants to leave, I’d completely understand his decision. No matter how much you love the club, no player is happy just sitting on the bench. With Bernal and Gavi coming back, and even Eric being ahead of him in the pecking order, it’s hard to see a clear role for him in this team.

Personally, I wouldn’t mind keeping him as extra depth, especially since his salary is low but if he wants to leave, I’d also be fine with the club taking the transfer fee.

One thing is certain though: I won’t forget the first half of 24/25 version of him and how much he stepped up during that period. Whether he stays or leaves, Streets will never forget that version of Casadó.

India is the only country in the where Shreyas Iyer isn't even the squad, In any other country he would have been in the starting xi, maybe captain as well. Its our fault that we don't celebrate clutch players in India even if they are in absolute Prime.
