For nearly a decade, the southeast side of Cleveland was left off of the Opportunity Zone maps, losing out on hundreds of millions of dollars in potential investment for their neighborhoods. This year the maps get redrawn by the Bibb Administration, and on the latest episode of @TheOutlawsRadio, Cleveland Councilman Joe Jones calls for the southeast side to be included.
