We are so proud to have @Parker_Rooney10 on our team

[Parker Rooney 2029 @Parker_Rooney10]

Here are some clips from our referee scrimmage this past Friday. I’ve been working during the off-season and getting better every rep. This will be a special year for us as a team.

Talent gets noticed. Discipline gets offers.

Proud to recognize Parker Rooney @parker_rooney10, a rising sophomore tight end at South Walton and one of our sponsored athletes at FirstCall Performance Medicine.

Since committing to our performance nutrition protocol, Parker has:

💪 Added 10+ pounds of lean muscle
🏋️ Increased strength while maintaining his athleticism
⚡ My prediction is he will be one of the most versatile young offensive playmakers in the area

The results speak for themselves. His commitment in the weight room, consistency with his nutrition, and relentless work ethic have already earned him his first Division I offer—and he’s just getting started.

Parker’s ceiling is incredibly high, and we’re proud to be a small part of his journey alongside @KleanAthlete.

Keep working. Keep stacking wins. The best is still ahead.

Results don’t happen by accident.

Proud to recognize Connor Rooney @Connor_Rooney14, senior LB at South Walton and future Rice Owl.

Since April, Connor has:
💪 Added nearly 20 lbs of lean muscle
🏋️ Increased strength across the board
⚡ Maintained his speed while getting bigger and stronger

What impresses us most isn’t the numbers—it’s the discipline. Connor has trusted the process, stayed committed to the plan, and put in the work every single day.

Rice is getting an exceptional athlete, an even better teammate, and someone who’s going to be a problem for offenses across the American Conference.

Good luck this season, Connor. We’re proud to have you representing FirstCall Performance Medicine.
