Meglio un contribuente che paga (poco) e costituisce una risorsa (diversamente sottratta al territorio perché se ne va’ all’estero) piuttosto che non averlo!!!!

Le modifiche del Governo uccidono una norma che stava funzionando bene, e creano un danno reputazionale per il Paese. Invece di incentivare i rientri e il radicamento/natalità, si cancellano questi temi
