@mrlsarcher@AdamJoseph Nah, he’s just a very lazy footballer who thought he was better than he was and could afford to get away with strolling. Infuriating to watch. Then was caught partying in Belfast before a game and used a small window to go to the basketball in America.
@9ineOJ@AdamJoseph A fine line between blind faith and objective assessment of the players’ individual qualities, the need for said players to reach elite performance all at the same time, and those combined qualities to be better than all the other teams and their own aspirations, hence a rarity.
@MKnelmes@AndyCoo84404692 But he doesn’t have a unique sounding commentary voice like Tyldesley, Tyler or Barry Davies. Just a regular voice that you would hear anywhere.
@NoushardMUFC I agree i’d still like a schemer number 6 who can receive the ball on the half turn from the centre backs and start the play and is decent positionally, a bit like Carrick himself was. Mainoo is not that.
@PaamanuelUtd_ It wouldn’t without a schemer number 6 in the mould of a Modric/Scholes to dictate the games with their passing whilst receiving the ball on the half turn from the defenders and building the attacks.
@Itshaber Nah he’s absolute gash. Loses concentration and his marker frequently (remember both Newcastle goals 2 seasons back at St James), gives passes away in build up, struggles to beat a man, loves a high 5 after a basic block and wears a niche wrist band like he’s Rafa Nadal.
@SwedishRumble Wholeheartedly disagree. Anderson’s mind is already made up most probably. Caicedo has had his injury problems and for that price you could get two quality players. The team needs far more than that to compete on multiple fronts.
@terryflewers From a viewer’s perspective, i’d find it mind numbingly tedious if every pundit diplomatically toed the line and only said the conventionally accepted views.
@FPLfrasier Really poor at maintaining concentration and tracking runners - remember Newcastle away 2 seasons ago lost both runners, often hits misplaced passes so attacks break down, loves a high 5 after an interception, wears a niche armband like he’s Rafa Nadal. Ultimately not good enough
High cortisol is the real reason your brain fog won't lift.
It also kills memory, makes you snap at people you love, and shrinks your hippocampus.
If I wanted to fix it without medication, here are 8 things I'd do every day:
1. Sunlight on skin in the first 30 minutes.
@FPLfrasier He misconstrued what he said. I actually thought he said the same thing, tho was admittedly half listening after the game. But it fitted with how I saw his game 2nd half -staying high and constantly looking for the last pass. RK looked like he had full conviction of his beliefs
High cortisol is the real reason you wake up at 3-4 AM.
It also shaves 5 years off your life — tanks testosterone, locks belly fat, literally shrinks your brain.
If I wanted to fix it without medication, here are 8 things I'd do every day:
1. No food 3 hours before bed.
