Dear @hm, this is so very unfair, you don't expect me to still have the receipt of a purchase I made since April and neither should you expect me to throw away my hard earned money because of your mistake

I bought this outfit from @hm in April, got home and the way I back with it folded was the same way I kept it in the wardrobe because I wanted to wear it in July or August

mistake that is not my fault. She expects me to throw away a 40€ jeans for a mistake her worker made even though I showed her the evidence of payment for the purchase on my bank account

I sent messages to their customer service and the lady who responded to me(Nadja) told me

We decided to go to the store where I bought it to lay a complain and ask them to remove it and their boss said she won't remove it without the receipt

I begged this lady but she stood her ground for a mistake that is not

@Auchijeffblog Jesus! I know him oo, he tried molesting my sister years ago when he was still at Aba and we set him up and beat him up but he was able to run away so the beating no really too enter.
