We had a fantastic day at Riverwood Conservancy today. We learned all about different kinds of insects and went to explore some in nature. Then we sculpted a bee scene.
After reading The Most Magnificent Thing, students were challenged to make their own magnificent thing and share why it was so magnificent. There was a water slide, dog space helmet, fantastic farm, transformer, and many others.
And just like that, it's ๐JUNE๐!! Let's get ready for summer with these fun ideas and activities to try all month long! #SLPTips#FDK#OralLanguage

Discussions continue about world maps, flags and globes. Looking forward to day 1 of our ABC Countdown - All Around the World. Remember to bring in your cultural item(s) to share.
Today was a perfect day to do some โ๏ธwatching (and creating) both inside and outside. Outside - some saw a chicken, a plane and a hamster. So great for the imagination!
Meet Buddy Bud the snail. It was our class pet for the morning. Thanks to IP who brought it in for us to observe. She let it go during outdoor play because she knew it was best to return it to its natural environment.๐
