IFYKYK! It's Apron Night at #IFI22! One of our favorite opportunities here is to have everyone sign their aprons that our participants used to serve each other meals. We're so excited for these participants to join this rich list of alums of IFI tomorrow!
On the last night of #IFI22, we welcome back our great fellows and our Dean to talk about career journeys to help our participants map out how they want theirs to look!
For this afternoon we have Dan Wrona coming to discuss how to prepare yourself for professional development! We're excited to learn not only the value of professional development, but also the important to plan out how to get to where you want to be! #IFI22
It's Day 3 here in Indy and we are excited for our second full day of curriculum! This morning is DOT Groups and then Dean Kim Novak takes over the mic to talk to us about approaching our work differently! Our #IFI22 participants have been amazing and we're ready for another day!
Right now, our participants are spending time in their DOT Groups to debrief this afternoon's first session! Our last session today is Josh Welch coming in to talk to our participants about the students that coming into college and how do we work with them differently! #IFI22

Our participants are active in their first DOT Group sessions! At 4:30pm will be our first faculty session! Stephanie Bailey will be working with participants on professional philosophy to start their thinking to work toward their own professional philosophy by the end of #IFI22.
