If you are considering @ATT for cell phone or internet service please reconsider and find another carrier. I have been without service for 8 days and @ATTHelp has no idea what is wrong. Below is their response. Incredible. Can't even move my phone to another carrier.

@ATT I have been without service by no-fault of my own since Saturday. 7 days offline and there is no ETA on restoration. I decided to take all 5 phones, internet and portable WiFi to another carrier. But now they cant figure out how to unlock my paid off phone. I hate ATT.
