Our BTEC students have been preparing pheasant! 😳

They made pan fried pheasant breast with fondant potato and a mushroom and thyme cream! It was DELICIOUS!

This tracker has made performance monitoring so much easier! It averages performance after each assessment and lets me filter by particular characteristics so I can see exactly how certain groups are doing 😮‍💨 excel blows my mind!
