Some of the most important conversations at #BrotherhoodRising happened around a fire🔥

This was a space for our boys to have raw, honest conversations about the things they may not always feel comfortable saying out loud. Using anonymous sticky notes, they wrote down questions, challenges and things they were dealing with.

Nothing was off limits. Our mentors picked them one by one and created space for real answers, honest conversations and guidance without judgement.

In between? Toasted marshmallows, laughter and a live DJ spinning their favourite music 🍭🎧🎶

And to close the night, they burnt the notes together, symbolically letting go of what needed to be left behind and stepping into a new chapter.

Mentorship doesn’t always need four walls and a PowerPoint. Sometimes you just need a fire, good mentors, good music…and marshmallows 🤩
