Mt. Vernon Schools will have an eLearning day on Friday, January 19 due to slick roads with very little treatment. Snow will continue for the next few hours and temperatures will continue to drop. The Mini-Marauder Preschool will be closed.
With the National Weather Service issuing a windchill advisory for Hancock County that is expected to be below -10 degrees tomorrow morning, MVCSC will be on a 2-hour delay for Wed., Jan. 17. There will be NO Early Release Wednesday and schools will dismiss at the regular time.
